Yarra Painting have been the preferred contractor on the last 2 of my commercial projects as a site manager. The first being the construction & fit out of an indoor Gym/Basketball court with a canteen, music hall and office spaces at Boronia Heights Primary School, the second at Newbury Buddhist Monastery where we constructed a Library/Praying Hall/Kitchen & amenities building along with 5 separate living quarters buildings spread out over a 150 acre property.

As a site manager one of the biggest and hardest tasks in finishing a project is co-ordination of trades & scheduling, where it’s often the case that trades need to be adjusted around to alternative days, from what has been planned and organised. Clint has made this process easier for me on these projects with flexibility and understanding of the pressure and requirements of schedules and finishing dates.
